Philosophy is an Integral Part of Civilized Culture

 

Abstract: The end of philosophy has been repeatedly declared in its history. There are certain reasons for that because any philosophical system sooner or later falls into a crisis condition. At the heart of the current criticism of philosophy is utilitarianism of “mass consumption society" and the destruction of social ideal of the future. But philosophy is an integral part of civilization culture, its theoretical constructed self-consciousness. Therefore, it is constantly being reborn as people’s need to answer questions about the ultimate meaning and reason of Being, that is, a need in its reflection.

 

Key words: "the end of philosophy," philosophy as a game, forms of social experience, forms of cultural self-consciousness.
