A Study of Culture: Balance between Tradition and Innovation

Abstract: The author offers his vision of the current state of culture, which is born by all members of society. People by their social nature need such environment which does not only maintain stable functional relations, but also preserves cultural identity of each member thanks to common ideas, values and norms.
