Manuscript Submission Guidelines 
 
1. Scientific peer-reviewed periodical “Culture of Culture” (hereinafter referred to as the Journal) publishes theoretical, topical, methodical and critical articles, reviews and other academic materials. 
 
2. Authors’ final manuscripts (materials) submitted to the Journal must be prepared according to the following guidelines, otherwise they will not be admitted to publication.   The Journal does not charge publication fee from authors. No royalties are paied.   
 
3. It is a condition of publication that authors guarantee their having an exclusive license for submitted manuscripts (materials), which must be original and previously unpublished. Authors grant the Journal a license to:
 
• process manuscripts (materials) in electronic format for them to be used by computer programs and search systems (databases);
 
• reproduce manuscripts (materials), publish them and distribute on the Internet;
 
• provide manuscripts (materials) to search systems (databases).
 
4. Submitted materials must include:
 
• manuscript wording up to 1 printed sheet (40 000 characters including spaces) ;
 
• covering letter addressed to the Editor in chief to confirm observation of article 3 of these Guidelines;
 
• if any illustrative material is included, authors must provide documents confirming their having a license to publish this material under current legislation;
 
• a proper recommendation review (see infra Statute of authors’ final manuscripts review).
 
5. Manuscripts (materials) should be supplied to the Editorial board of the Journal in an electronic format (DOC, RTF, JPG, TIF) via e-mail cultschool@gmail.com.  
 
6. A manuscript submitted for publication should be provided as a single file. 
 
6.1. A manuscript must include: Author’s name; article name (in Russian and English); abstract (500-800 characters including spaces); key words (up to 20 words in Russian and English); main text of the article (material); bibliography (notes and references); credits including author’s name, academic degree, academic status, post, primary place of employment (organization’s official name in Russian and English), city of residence, e-mail address, contact telephone number (Editorial use only).
 
6.2. Manuscript format (DOC, RTF files): Times New Roman font, 12 point, line spacing: 1,5.
 
7. Notes and references should include only sources referred to in the text of an article. References should be made in accordance with GOST 7.05- 2008 “Bibliographical references. General requirements and rules”.
 
7.1. Endnotes (Notes) should be given in order they appear in the text and numbered consecutively. A reference to the number of a note should be given in square brackets in line with the text. 
 
7.2. Bibliography (References) should be given in alphabetical order. 
 
8. Abbreviations should be given as follows: full name when first mentioned and abbreviation (in parentheses), further in the text abbreviation only should be used.
 
9. Appendix (illustrations, schemes, diagrams, tables, etc.) should be sent in separate files using DOC, RTF, JPG, TIF formats. They should be numbered continuously, bind to the text and titled. Audio and video files format should be approved by Editorial board. 
 
These Guidelines were worked out in accordance with current copyright legislation and requirements set out in Advisory circular of Supreme Attestation Commission of Ministry of Education and Science of Russia d/d 14.10.2008 № 45.1–132.
