Any Positive Development Has a Downside

Abstract: The article outlines the methodological paradigm, the author works within, the author’s ideas about what fundamental innovations are characteristic of the culture of the second half of the 20-th century, what trends of cultural development are the most important and promising today, and whether it is possible to assess the current cultural situation as a crisis.
