Archetypical Characters of Contemporary Culture:
Vampires, Conspirologists, Robots
(Part 3 (Ending))

Abstract. The third part of the article analyses the peculiarities of modern robotics technology, as well as the situation, which resulted in a real boom in this field. Two different conceptions of robotics technology are characterized. The first, old, one is based on development engineers seeking to imitate animals and people, when making their products. The second one involves programming, environment and modern technology understanding. The author discusses why robotics technology was turned to rather late, as well as the situation (the zone of proximal technological development), which helped launch it. Possibilities of modern robotics technology and some problems of its development are analyzed.
