Archetypical Characters of Contemporary Culture:
Vampires, Conspirologists, Robots
(Part 1)
Abstract. The first Part of the article discusses an increased interest of modern culture to vampires and characteristics attributed to them. To explain it the authors turn to the concept of new egoism.
Though many of new egoists are Christians and go to church, but in their spare time they enjoy watching vampire films. As a Christian such a person must believe in Christ and survival, not in vampires. But as a new egoist or its potential victim he identifies himself with vampires. On one hand, the modern person knows that vampires are make-believe of writers and screenwriters. On the other hand, he regularly meets people resembling vampires or their victims. Due to works about these characters he explores and develops human relations which exist in reality.
Key words. Vampires, conspirologists, robots, interpretation, culture, schemes, programmes, belief, technology

Blood and wine are interchangeable symbols. In China blood and water are considered as complementary symbols, representing the main principles of Yin and Yang.
