Communication Strategies in Multicultural Societies

Abstract. The article highlights intercultural communication difficulties concerning rules and regulations. The author focuses on separation and exclusion of extraneous communication, its being the major identity defense mechanism. The article suggests some strategies to make intercultural communication effective in difficult situations.
