Cultural concepts of the environment for education

Abstract. The article presents a culturological, educational-oriented concept of the environment. The author considers two opposite interpretations of the educational environment - traditional, close to biological discourse, and non-traditional, developed under the influence of culturological and constructivist approaches. In culture, the environment is not intended, but is created, and, on the one hand, represents semiosis (signs and schemes), on the other - a special technique. The cultural environment is not only created, but must be constantly maintained and reproduced (within the framework of symbolic and technical activities of man and society). With the emergence of personality, the environment of an individual develops, and it is supported and reproduced not only by creativity (building personal history and scripts) and the actions of the individual himself, but also by personality-oriented practices and social institutions.
