Essential Aspects of Disposition of Culture and Civilization

Abstract. The article discusses the modern civilization as a technology of manipulating mass consciousness through gradual impact on people’s views, known as the Overton Window. The technology makes it possible to change even the most deep-rooted cultural attitudes of people.
