Interaction between Art and Cultural Studies:
Methodological and Historical aspects (Part 3)

Annotation. In the article the author continues to discuss his interpretation of cultural studies, presented in Parts 1 and 2, as a modern “art studies without names”, being considered in terms of cyclical view of history and cultural dynamics. The author gives ground for art as the major historical and social form of culture.
