Knowledge and understanding in communication processes and other types of communication in modern culture

Abstract: The article examines the correlation of the fundamental concepts of "knowledge", "understanding", "communication" and "communication" in modern cultural studies, which cause discussion, contradictions in their interpretation, scientific misconceptions. On the basis of the theory of "axiological communication" developed by the author, a comparative analysis of these concepts is carried out and their assessment is given.
