Myth and Culture in the XX Century:
Filmmaking of Myths (Part 2)
Abstract: The second part of the article examines the mythologization of the image of Hitler in L.Riefenstahl's film "Triumph of the Will", and the debunking of this myth in Chaplin’s film "The Great Dictator". In this context the author presents his concept of the role of art and cinematography of the 20-th century in particular, in the creation of a new political mythology.
