Past, Present and Future of Culture:
Subjective Notes Abstract: The article gives answers to the questions of the editors on a number of acute problems of cultural knowledge. It emphasizes the importance of self-determination within the framework of methodological paradigm, the special understanding of the truth. A range of innovations in modern culture determined by the development of electronic technology is presented. The article also reasons a thesis on social and cultural crisis.
