The Culture of Evil

Abstract. The article analyzes the main motivations of illegal human behavior, and concludes that it is not the actions of a person themselves that are considered evil, but their inconsistency with the current laws, rules, and customs. In addition, evil is usually considered harm to the collective interests, and since Modern times, also to the individual interests of people. Naturally, in each era, the evil was different actions that violate the prevailing values.
