Understanding of Foreign Culture as a Factor of Developing Dialogue

Abstract. The article considers dialogue as the main form of intercultural relations. The author analyses its different aspects, arguing that art is the best language for such a dialogue, as well as interprets some M. Bakhtin’s views on this issue.
