War as a State of Mind and Form of Social Life
(through the example of Alexander III of Macedon’s personality and epoch)

Abstract. The article is devoted to the phenomenon of war as a mode of social world order and state of human mind, presented through the example of the distinguished ancient warrior Alexander the Great. The author analyzes him from the psychological point of view and compares his example with those of Nazi Germany’s Holocaust experience.

Perhaps, such texts are better to call message projects, as they contained not only messages to be addressed to masses or certain communities, but also an attitude towards action. However, since the concept of project was established not earlier than in the Renaissance, it can be misread in relation to antique culture.
