Cultural dimension of lifestyle

Abstract. The article analyzes the category of lifestyle in its cultural aspect, in how it affects human culture and how the culture of society affects it. It is proposed to structure the way of life into technologies and forms of activity and their products, consciously pursuing the goal of demonstrating images of social prestige in one or another of their symbols; technologies and forms of activity and their products, latently reproducing stereotypes of people's consciousness in their social practice in accordance with the principle "it has been accepted for a long time"; technologies and forms of activity and their products that combine all types of specialized professional activities of people; situational technologies and forms of activity and their products carried out in order to adapt to certain external conditions. In general, the article is of a research and search nature.
