Interview

Abstract. The interview examines the issues of the scientific significance of modern dissertations, what contribution they make to the expansion of scientific knowledge, the degree of responsibility of their supervisors for their content and possible plagiarism, the role of the Higher Attestation Commission in the development of modern science and the qualifications of scientific and pedagogical personnel. Special attention is paid to the perspectives of the sciences of culture, the question of the identity of the scientist in the modern world, his attitude to God and new interpretations of culture in the light of synergetics and other new discoveries.
