Society as a Cultural System

Abstract. The article reviews modern society as an integrated cultural system which meets certain social and regulatory challenges. The basis of such review is division of society into social segments of creative, traditional and popular culture bearers as different versions of way and quality of life, the relationship between which is defined as a source of cultural dynamics.
