Inheritance of Culture in an Organization
Abstract: The article analyzes cultural aspects of the activity of contemporary organizations, which are conditioned by the imposition of an organization’s functional and normative structures, and cultural characteristics of its members. The article also gives an analysis of researches of organization culture, draws distinction between the notions of organizational and corporate culture, and offers style characteristics of inheritance or imitation of certain features of corporate culture.
